Cast of Harry Potter

As you all well know, I am one crazy fan of Harry Potter series, be it films or books. So, looking into the cast of harry potter, I've found some shocking news.

This was the first actor who acted as Dumbledore, Richard Harris.
Look at how time has changed the looks of people.

But Harris died because of something, can't rmb, so this guy took over him. Michael Gambon.

And now, some of the Order. First up, Nymphadora Tonks, Natalia Tena.

Sirius Black, Gary Oldman. Oh, he acted in The Dark Knight too!

Alastor Moody/Mad-Eye Moody, Brendan Gleeson

Severus Snape, Alan Rickman.

Rickman had appeared in Love Actually, as a loving husband, Harry.

Remus Lupin (the werewolf), David Thewlis.

He acted in Black Beauty, a touching story about a dark and black horse. And do you know, he auditioned for the role of Professor Quirell (who died quickly in HP 1), but they rejected him. And now they gave him this role, lucky him~

Hagrid, Robbie Coltrane.

Argus Filch, David Bradley.

Lord Voldemort, Ralph Fiennes.

Fiennes was nominated for Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Schindler's List. For this, he won the Best Supporting Actor in BAFTA awards. And yes! both he and Alan Rickman were listed the top 50 of movie villains.

Lucius Malfoy, Jason Isaacs.

OOH yes, Bellatrix Lestrange, I hated her, but after researching about her, I love her!!

She's Helen Bonham Carter, btw.

She was nominated for Best Actress for The Wings of the Dove, in both Oscar and BAFTA awards.

Also! She was the mother in Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. Can u believe that's her?!

She also appeared in the musical, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street.

THIS will be Narcissa Malfoy in the upcoming movie, Helen Mccrory.

Guess what? She got the Best Actress Award for Streetlife in BAFTA awards. She was casted for the role of Bellatrix Lestrange, but due to her first pregnancy, the role went to helen bonham carter. But now she came back, as her sister!

FOR NOW. The most accomplished actresses in HP films. They are Professor Macgonagall, the strict but kind Gryffindor Head of House and Deputy Headmistress and Professor Trelawney, the weird and mysterious Divination teacher.

Minerva Macgongall, Maggie Smith.

Pearl, that's her! You may realised she also acted in Sister Act as Sister superior. And yep, she was the winner of Oscar's Best Actress Award for The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, and even won Oscar's Best Supporting Actress California Suite. Yes, she's the proud owner of 2 Oscar awards and was even nominated for many other years of Oscar Awards.

Sybil Trelawney, Emma Thompson. An actress and scriptwriter.

Don't see her like sort sort ar, she played a role in Howards End, which won her the Best Actress Award in Oscar, Golden Globe, and BAFTA. She even got another BAFTA's Best Actress later, when she acted in Sense and Sensibility, which you may also find Alan Rickman (Snape) appear in.
