Public Performance'08

the concert was a great success!
audiences, wad u saw was just the exterior.
there was more.

ELDDS
the backstage and holding rooms were filled with touching and moving scenes - scenes that audiences would never be able to experience. tears, laughters, joy. back in the holding room, ELDDS had to squeeze with other CCAs. before the performance, or i'd say during the make-up session, tears fell from eyes. Eunice, siowmay etc. Mainly because this was the seniors' last performance. in fact, the moment we stepped down from the stage and that's it - i've put a perfect full stop to the contributions i've made to my CCAs. in the holding room, people shared hugs, consoling & telling each other how much we're going to miss each other. well, we soon got a bit high. and took loads of photos!

i'll never forget wad you guys shouted to me in chorus.
i was greatly moved.

then when i was abt to leave, i gave you guys my last words! i gt quite emotional at that moment. didnt cry thou. the period when all of you were not around, was quite uncomfortable for me. i was so relieved and happy to see you guys at backstage! no words could describe how i felt. after the ELDDS performance, i was like phew. then we all started shouting screaming howling cheering letting ourselves out the minute we stepped into the holding room! after the finale, it was the same. or mayb even more high!!

ELDDS, u have left me an unforgettable memory. it's priceless.

CLDDS
the thick make-ups are sure to be the first thing i'd look back nostalgically. i've gotten much closer with you guys after this performance. cassandra, peixin, peiyi, runan, pamela, qiaopo etc. to think i didn't even know your name for a very long time. i know i had very negative views of CLDDS many times. but now that i have to leave this place, i suddenly realise i wouldn't have been able to survive through secondary life without this CCA. this performance was great! despite my complain, i actually enjoyed bringing laughter to the audience. audiences, ur laughter isn't just a laughter. its an encouragement for all of us.

this public concert was my very first time and is my very last time.
both drama's first time as well.
well, CLDDS play was great.
and ELDDS play was even more sentimental to me.
it was the same script which started my life in ELDDS.
