ELDDS
All this 3years and 4months in ELDDS have left me an unforgettable memory.
Let me start all over from sec 1.
2005. Mrs Amin, has left me an incredible memory. She’s probably the best teacher ELDDS ever had. The most involved, the most passionate, the most caring. She really took care of every single students. Oh, how I missed her!
The 1st project that i joined: SYF’05. ELDDS’ very first time in SYF. It was The Fallen Leaf script. Had fun with it. So memorable and great to know all these seniors. Learnt a lot from them. I can vividly rmb the time when mark shouted at us. So scary can. He even chased us out! To think I actually started disliking mark during this project. But I soon realize, it was all for us isn’t it? This silver-ranking play has started off my life with ELDDS.
2006Sec2 was the year when I often pon ELDDS. Pon so many times. No much happenings this yr. Then the “clock-theme” national day recollection. It was great!
And this year, there was the formation of WATB. I’ll never reveal what this name means. But we, ourselves, know exactly what it means! Since the start of WATB, I love coming to ELDDS. And everyday I can’t wait for the gossips & laughters! and we manage to present, proudly, plays of our own such as palace deception, liberty! and more which didn’t have titles. And with addition of shufen etc, we formed WATB &co.
I’ll always love you WATB & co. it brought me more than laughters.
2007: Urashima Taro- another play so unforgettable. All the make-ups, all the dramatic costume. Was under lots of stress that period as I had to get use to sec 3 life and handle two SYFs at the same time. I really enjoyed this play! We were really hoping for a gold. But yep silver’s fine too!
And after the SYF, mark had to leave. There was a simple farewell session which started out with our first red-carpet theme. Then reflection & normal session. When the he was about to leave, mark even said he would leave first so we could stay and cry in the room. We did. I heard anna’s sobs which affected me and the small little corner which we call ‘WATB’s living room’, was filled with tears, and somehow accompanied by a bit of laughing.
Mark! You’ve been my a great teacher!

2008
12th april. Public concert. Oh what can I say. So memorable, so touching, so fun! All that I feel cant be describe in words. These memories will always stay in my mind.
Graduation party. THANKS to all juniors. You’re great! I’m so glad that you guys put in so much effort to plan this party. Thanks for the mug, I love it! The juniors brought us back to 2005. it started off with marking attendance. Then we had to go for audition. Ooooh the ‘seniors’ are so fierce. Then pizzas and sparkling juice in plastic champagne glasses! Then videos, speeches and finally our last park bench. I wasn’t exactly in the right mood for park bench, and I couldn’t really act well as I got a bit emo, thinking that it’s the last park bench!
ELDDS, I love you!
So long, farewell!
