2007

alright!

2007 is coming to an end in about 4hrs time.

it had been a really different year.

it most probably had been the most stressful one.

at the same time,

i've realised that studying isn't just about reading,

it's a lot about the attitude.

it's been great to have laosun, mich, eve, yijuan & pearl to be sitting ard me,

assisting me whenever i needed help.

these pple + hx,ls, lt , are the best gossip mates!

it's been a enjoyable year when i started understanding play hard and learn hard.

thank you jolene, ching en, yixuan who always help me refill water bottle!

also thanks mr foo had been a great tcher.

thanks to jianbin & vincent who gave us tons of idea of tricking the tchers.

i'll nv forget staircase hiding.

well, i've really appreciated being chosen as the chairperson for ELDDS.

yes, i've been quite unhappy with some pple at times.

yet without the ups and downs, i'll nv learn anything.

special thanks to sebastian, zhiyu, yvonne, eunice for hlping me with so much.

not forgetting vincent + liting & WATB &co. who never! ever! fail to make me laugh.

CLDDS, on the other hand, hasn't been as great as the past 2 yrs.

mainly because of instructors, tchers & members.

but still, thank you regina, evelyn, cai feng, eileen who had been great CLD mates.

thanks xiao han, karyn, irene, yijun, rina, u gals've been a great senior!

its a great yr with my family.

with so much mre family gatherings.

thanks sis, dad, mum who forgave my mood swings!

its been a wonderful yr.

its definitely the BEST yr ever.

i'm looking forward to 2008 but i'll nv forget 2007.

at least it wun be so slack anymre.
ytd i went to queensway.
bought a pair of new shoe, nike, $99.
a new pair of socks, nike $9 i think.
a new water bottle, (if u realised i've been using plastic ones!), adidas $9.
a new shoe bag, adidas $16.
yay!
but spent a lot lar.
thn walk down to the hawker centre and eat.
yummy veri nice!

Are wad u've eaten food?

i jus read the newspaper and was freaked out by a piece of article.
it is about kitchen hygiene.
1. a woman found a coleslaw especially chewy. but it turned out she was chomping on plaster with dried blood.
2. a woman bought a packet of economy rice, but discovered a dead rat under her curry rice.
3. a couple found a live cockroach in their roast chicken pita.
YEW.
but anw, i've heard one such stories.
whereby one guy almost swallowed a fish hook while enjoying his fish at a buffet.
he only discovered it when he saw the fishing line dangling out of his mouth,
so he pulled the string and POP! comes a hook.
well, he finds it funny anyway.

hello.
tdy din start off veri well. humph.
well, when i woke up, my throat still hurts like hell.
it was like aft i drank one large pail of water thn alrite.
thn when i was abt to set off to sch,
i had diarrhoea!
hence, i reached sch veri late.
it was 0903. (suppose to reach at 0900)
so through out the whole lesson wheneva she was ard,
lao guo kept saying who was late here late there.
for eg, tdy gt pple late ar...
thn aft lesson,
she did ask me why i late.
i din say coz any idiot wud noe she'll giv tat i-don't-believe-you face.
also, she said tat i asked to leave earlier on 26th.
yea i did, for 15min earlier.
so i can meet up with 3F pple.
then she said,
i shud seperate such personal stuffs frm cca.
aiya, but i mean its jus 15min mar.
its like when u work u also get leave rite.
hai.
eventually i din leave early, i left 10min later.
another thing.
she like cut in many times during our act.
each time its like a continuous 5 to 10min long speech.
LOL. (worse still, they're almost the same every wk)
but im happy after i gt hme. =)

hurray! singapore rank 5.
really hope we cud stay there.
anw, i've received a horrible big news!
the larger singapore flags tat thailand provided us weren't properly made.
they were jus indonesia flags,
thn the thailand organisers jus sew the cresent & the 5 stars on it.
!!!
aiyo! how can. flag leh!
tsk tsk tsk.
the sailors actually did ask for another flag frm thm.
but all the flags they provided were all badly made!
luckily, our cheerleaders brought one flag with thm.

anw, back to ME.
ytd i was so sick.
its been a long time since im ever so sick.
i had fever and slept almost the whole day ytd.
thn aft dinner, i ate delcolgen.
hurray, i sweat!

Don't tell me the truth about love

alright, i've finished a book.
Don't tell me the truth about love by Dan Rhodes.
well, i wouldn't say its an exciting book.
coz there isn't much climax.
it's all about love which i doubt i wud be able to understand now.
but still, the author describes very well on the love between the main characters in all 7 short stories.
i love the last story most. (Beautiful Consuela)
its about this farmer's daughter named Consuela.
she is so beautiful that even her mother-in-law, the Queen, couldn't bear to scold her or whatsoever.
however, Consuela thought the prince only loved her for her beauty.
So, to test her husband, she made herself hideous & ugly.
she got very disgusting, fat, has no teeth becoz they decayed, din bother to shave her armpit hairs, and almost became a botak.
'The tiniest rivulet of diarrhoeal faeces snaked its way down the hairy moonscape of her inner thigh before becoming lost in a fold skin, or maybe joining, an underflesh reservoir.'
!!!
but eventually, the prince still loved her, no matter what she had became.
they kissed for hours (with the diarrhoeal faeces still there).
that's all.

Chng's Chalet

HULLO.
back frm family chalet!
haha. so fun!
well, lemme summarise the whole thing.

1st day:
arrived at the rm with wei2 jie 2, shixian & chuan.
shifted the beds thn blah blah blah.
aft tat went to BK to eat.
oooh, first time i tried the fish burger.
thn ah pang gor2 came.
saw this veri big rat which reminded us of ratatouille.
thn back at chalet with my sis & wan2 jie 2 aft shopping at cheers.
my sis bathed while we prepared the birthday muffin for her.
yay! but she wasnt exactly surprised lar.
coz she saw e candles in my bag!
thn everyone ate one. yummy!
thn we played taboo.
haha!!! so fun!!
so many inside jokes!
hundred, painful sia, taxi, THANK YOU.
thn changed the game to charade.
anw, wan2 almost slept through everything.
thn chuan and shixian went to sleep.
so left me, my sis, wei2 & ah pang to play MJ!
we tried playing the fast way, and yep, we gt faster.
however we soon gt tired & tried sleeping at ard 5+.
but shixian, wan2 & my sis were all talking abt their bf.
i kaypoh and listened.
& i soon fell asleep too.

2nd day:
woke up at like 11? or so.
ate cup noodles for breakfast.
thn 4 bfs came.
shixian's bf is called seng siong.
quan shi wei le ni~
thn we played taboo.
but somehow it gt boring.
so we went bike riding!
we came to this playground & had some fun there.
when we gt back at the bike rental shop, they actually lost jun zhong's IC!
she didnt even apologize properly.
hello, ic leh, anyhow lost.
dont even wan to tie ur hair up properly ar.
tsk tsk tsk.
(at night, they found it & delivered it to our rm)
when we gt back, we were rather tired.
some slept as others were getting ready for bbq.
and here comes the parents!
-bbq...- (luckily it din rain!)
thn aft bbq, we watched golden horse award.
boring is all i can say.

when the show finished, probably at 2 +,
almost everyone experienced low-high!
haha! damn funny.
but not long after, we slept.

3rd day:
lar lar lar. woke up at 0845.
packed up and yep, my dad came to fetch us.
and hurray! back to my lovely cosy bed.
it was a really fun chalet, and i tot it kinda bonded us more thn b4.
i'll post the photos ltr on e nxt post.
