The New 7 Wonders of the World

decided to share these with u guys!

basically, the wonders of the world are structures built in the ancient time whereby it was a wonder tat no one knows how it has been built without much help much the technology.

for example, we have the great pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

sadly, some of my favourite structure such as the Stonehenge or Acropolis in athens. sobs.

The Great Wall of China

firstly, THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA!

i believe tat many already noe tat is was built by qin shi haung. (i mean it was his idea)

do u noe tat this is the oni human structure tat can be seen from OUTER SPACE!!

Machu Picchu

this is Machu Picchu. the 15th century Incan city in Peru.

i wud bet with anything tat many of u dunno! haah. coz i also dunno.

it isnt veri nice. but it was build on a mountain without the help of tecchnologies.

pretty impressive huh.

The Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal in INDIA. damn spectacular lar!

i bet evelyn, laosun, mich rmb how worthless 'taj mahal hotel' in the 'hotels' board game was.

i think this is a palace or wad.

Indian even celebrated by giving all tourists a 20% discount for hotel services!

how i wish i was there.

*i hope evelyn will not claim this is her castle. oOps.

Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro. wow!

its like so high up in the mountain!!

wish to go there and see as well.

but if i didnt get the fact wrongly, it was build by modern pple. and not ancient pple.

so, why shud it be one of the WONDERS?

this is Petra in Jordan.

i dun realli noe wad is this lar.

but it seems like the 'lost city'

mayb it is. but my mama who's pretty gd in history says it isnt.

haha.

Chichen Itza

the Chichen Itza in Mexico. alright. for this. lots of stories behind it.

in fact, it is quite tall but doesnt seemed veri tall in the pic.

in the past, someone wud be drag onto the top of the structure or building, painted in blue.

he willl thn lie on a chair-height pole.

thn, the king's advisor (or dunno who) wud cut open the chest of the 'someone'.
the 'dunno who' thn pluck out the heart of 'someone' thn boil it instantly.

at tat point of time, the heart is still beating. and the 'someone' is still alife!

thn, 'dunno who' wud cut off 'someone's' head and let it roll down the long long stairs.

aft which, the the body wud also been thrown down the stairs.

these human sacrifices was made to ask god for rain.

scary huh. i saw these in the M18 movie Apocalypto.

The Colosseum

the Coloseeum in Rome. it is the first 'dou nu chang'. (dunno enlgish call wad)

although, it is like so 'nothing left', but its still damn nice.

wonder how their are able to build this thing.
