Fire Prevention Skit

today ELDDS went for the fire prevention skit competition.
4 consolations, 3 top prize and we were one of the 4.
well. sad case.
but still, many sch praised for our creativity and tot we shud get top 3.
thanks for that!
the judges were not professionals, they were all principals of diff sch!
it was like asking a chinese teacher to mark a english lit paper
we chose a skit tat most pple cant appreciate it.
coz it is seldom performed, so they wud of coz not like it.
the 1st was St. Patrick, 2nd was Coral, 3rd was Balestier Hill(how to spell).
WE all tot these 3 schs doesnt deserve it.
we tot the other schs shud get it, not them!

St. Patrick.
they were the one of the organisers. of coz they wud win!
their skit was lame and messy. the jokes were not veri funny.
one of the actor gt the best actor award.
it was expected becoz he acted as gay.
he gt it becoz he was willing to act but in fact, he is a super lousy actor.
and, a few schs wanted a tuesday slot for rehearsing at the place.
BUT St. Patrick gt it, and we din get to rehearse.

Coral.
okae lar.
a bit expected coz the play was smooth and not messy.
the main actress gt best actress. WTH.
we tot an indian girl in St. Magarets can get it. not evelyn.

Balestier Hill
WTH. they actually gt it.
among the 3 schs, they are the ones who definitely shudnt get it!
during the preliminary round, we watched and was like...
when they gt into finals, we tot they wud imrpove.
no they didnt.
the whole thing was a mess, blocking was horrible, projection and pronunciation was shit.
they were so not focused.
the fire they made made a sound like this- shhhh. HUH?!

well well. its all over.
meldon, vincent, liting, eunice, beatrice and queena was pretty pissed.
mostly angry of they being biased towards St. Patrick.
felt like this b4 ler lar in cldds.
so yep. stayed cool~
we are not sore losers lar.
becoz we tot it was still pretty worth it.
1. we were now veri much bonded!
2. we gained experience
3. we realli had fun!!!!!!
4. we learned wads a 'B---' theatre
5. we were welcomed by audiences!
